Kyle’s practice focuses on assisting clients with corporate legal organization, business management and operations to help them focus on what matters most in the execution of their business plans and vision. Kyle has spent her entire career working in public companies and law firms. Prior to CAS, Kyle worked for law firms in Florida as well as Patton Boggs in Denver, Colorado and KKO in Boulder, Colorado.
On the business side, Kyle facilitated the IPO of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. (RRGB) on Nasdaq, the reverse triangulated merger of PetroHunter Energy Corporation (PHUN) into a shell company listed on Nasdaq, and the initial listing of Commercial Net Lease Realty Inc. (NNN) on NYSE. She also worked as the COO of a legal technology startup where she worked closely with software developers from ideation through market launch to create an online platform for managing the closing process of financial transactions.
Kyle lives with her adorable labradoodle in Boulder, Colorado.
