Darren represents venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and venture-backed companies at every stage of their life cycle, including assisting with growth stage financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and serving as outside general counsel. Prior to joining CAS, Darren practiced as a corporate venture capital and emerging companies associate in the New York office of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips.
Darren lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
